After careful research, I finally decided to purchase my first American 5th Wheel RV. I have never owned a caravan and motorhome before and I was looking for a company who would guide me from start to finish. CCRV did a tremendous job for me to achieve my dream purchase .
I had spoken with other companies before contacting CCRV and was very disappointed with some of their responses . CCRV was the complete opposite and welcomed my enquiries. I was delighted to find a dealer who was willing to help me purchase my Cedar Creek Champagne 38EL.
Jay and Jayne are friendly, accommodating and very forgiving as I had quite a few questioned to be answered with it being my first purchase . I do not often write reviews, however I believe CCRV deserve to be praised for their outstanding service offered .

I am thanking you for handling the sale of my 5th Wheel and truck combination, quickly and without any undue work being placed on myself. It was a truly turn key service you provided, whereby you handled all of the necessary details without having my involvement.
I was initially sceptical of dealing with another “family run business”, being as the one I purchased the 5th wheel from in Scotland, treated me so appallingly and gave no after sales service, through a well rehearsed family strategy of avoidance, mis-truths and false promises. Their level of professional skill and knowledge was to me amazingly poor and in several areas seriously dangerous. As a trained and experienced auto-electrician, I think that I am qualified enough to make this statement.
Yourself, Jayne and others in your business are a credit to the 5th Wheel industry here in Britain and my experience with you truly shows the commitment, knowledge and professional attitude that your company provides. Your web site is up to date, informative and the services you offer are in my opinion, targeted at providing a complete package in a way that customers will return and recommend you to others.

We came for a look with no real plans to purchase as we already have a small fifth wheel. Needless to say we are now the proud owners of a Heartland Big Country!

Jay could not have been more helpful and informative and in spite of our best intentions to look but not buy we were blown away by the Big Country. Only problem was it was Jay and Jayne's own trailer! A little bit of pleading on our part and we shook hands on the deal.

Jay has continued to deliver over and above the call of duty with helping us in our wish to move the rig permanently to Portugal. His knowledge and contacts have smoothed the path immensely.
